La Skoda Octavia è una berlina compatta a 3 volumi con portellone, lunga poco più di 450 cm. Giunta nel 2004 alla seconda generazione, ha poi subito il restyling di metà carriera nel 2008. Si tratta di un’auto sviluppata sulla piattaforma della Volkswagen Golf che si pone a cavallo dei segmenti C e D. Nei test EuroNCAP, la Octavia ha conquistato 4 stelle. La gamma della vettura Ceca è declinata in quattro allestimenti: i tradizionali Comfort, Ambition ed Elegance, a cui si aggiunge lo sportivo RS per le motorizzazioni TSI e TDI più potenti. Inoltre, la Skoda Octavia è disponibile nelle versioni DSG con cambio sequenziale a doppia frizione, GPLine con alimentazione a GPL e Greenline a basso impatto ambientale.
