La Smart fortwo cabrio è la variante cabriolet della fortwo coupé, giunta nel 2007 alla seconda generazione. La gamma della fortwo cabrio è declinata negli allestimenti pure, pulse e passion. Quest’ultimo identifica le versioni dotate di comandi al volante Softouch. Al top di gamma si pongono le versioni sportive Brabus e Brabus Xclusive, preparate dall’omonimo tuner tedesco. E’ la vettura più piccola in commercio con i suoi 270 cm di lunghezza, 156 cm di larghezza, 154 cm di altezza e 187 cm di passo. Nei test Euro NCAP ha conquistato 4 stelle. La fortwo cabrio è disponibile nelle versioni mhd aspirata e turbo con motore a 3 cilindri di origine Mitsubishi, più la cdi da 30 km con un litro.
